Are All Vitamins the Same?

"Aren't all Vitamin supplements the same?" We get asked that question a lot! There is a huge difference between buying a synthetic vitamin and a whole-food vitamin. It's important to learn how to read labels and understand the ingredients used. For example, check the label of your vitamin E supplement (or multi vitamin that contains vitamin E). D- Alpha tocopherol is the scientific name for the form of natural vitamin E that is found in food and that our bodies need.
